ISO 14001

ISO 14001 Certification – Environmental Management Systems is an international norm that allows companies to demonstrate how committed they are to environmental protection though environmental risk management associated to the mattress Industry. The ISO 14001 Certification has been a constant in Planiflex since 2018.

ISO 9001

Based in 8 principles of quality management, this norm defines the way our company deal with requisitions from clients and other interested parties. Customer Focus, Leadership, Involvement of People, Process Approach, Organizational Context; Constant Improvement; Decision making based in facts and Reasoning based in risk management: We’re on our way to the third consecutive year of the application of this norm.

PME Líder

Resulting from a partnership between Caixa Económica Montepio Geral (CEMG), Instituto de Apoio às Pequenas e Médias Empresas e ao Investimento (IAPMKEI) and Turismo de Portugal, the FINCRESCE program establishes the 2009 PME LÍDER. Other partners have also joined the project including 11 different banking institutions. Planiflex has been given this recognition every year since 2011 and has successfully applied again this year.

PME EXCELÊNCIA

Last but not least, the PME EXCELÊNCIA title is attributed to companies that fulfil the following cumulative criteria:

1. Financial Autonomy in 2015 >= 37,5% (Capital Equity / Assets)
2. Net Profitability of Capital Equity >= 8% for companies in CAE divisions 55,90,91, 93 and 96 and >= 12,5% for the remaining CAE Turismo (Net Income / Capital Equity)
3. Net Financial Debt / EBITDA <= 3,5% – for companies in CAE divisions 55,90,91, 93 and 96 and <= 2,5% to the remaining CAE Turismo (Net Debt / EBITDA)
4. EBITDA / Active >= 7,5%
6. Business Volume Growth >= 0%
